What started out as a dream, turned out to be a reality, as proved by Jajat Peculiar and Najmudin Najib who organised this memorable event. Although the event was at first met with cold respond due to hectic college schedule by some of us, the turnout was just overwhelming when more than 30 Valedictorians went against all odds to come and join the event. Entitled Les Copaque, or "Last Kopek", the rendezvous was set as a supposedly-final gathering before days would get busier for us who would pursue in our respective studies - especially our bro Rahimi, who would be flying to France as quick as this 5th July, to further Engineering.

Tentative was made as simple as possible, so as to avoid the hassle pertaining to cater all of us. But then again, simple was just an understatement. The true purpose of our gathering was just to enjoy each other's company in what might be our last moment before we continued with our different paths. Although initial plan was to gather at 11 am, most of us came at 1 pm, not forgetting the ones who came as late as 3 pm (Hehehe). But that's not the point - it's our determination and enthusiasm to join this event were what matter the most. Some even took the morning bus as early as 7 am, all the way just to attend this event. Quite impressive for the bond that lasts forever, right? 

Aside from playing bowling under the kaleidoscope light, we just basically hangout at eateries, catching each others' updates and news about how's life and all. It was indeed a quality time spent despite the short period of time.

The event indeed served its purpose, that is to foster the already-close-knit bond of us, to further making it inseparable. To those who will continue their studies, especially to the ones who will struggle in the foreign land far from family's affection, fret not, for our prayers will be with all of you. Just remember to strive for the best for we are the torchbearer of our parents' pride, if not the batch's and the institution's, of which we came from.

We all take different paths in life, but no matter where we go, we take a little of each other everywhere.

As told by our fellow organisers, Jajat and Najmudin, the event "Last Kopek" on this fateful day of Saturday  16th June 2012 would definitely not be our last. We could definitely rocked ourselves in coming events. InsyaAllah!
