To register as a member, please follow these steps:
1. Download the registration form here.
2. Deposit registration fee of RM35 to OSEM's CIMB account at 7605534775 (Amirul Farid).
3. E-mail both the form and the payment receipt to membership.osem@gmail.com for verification purposes.
4. You will later receive a confirmation e-mail. A special edition Touch-N-Go card shall be posted to you as part of your membership package.
