EXCO Elections 2014/2016.

Announcement: On the 1st of February 2014, the Annual General Meeting 1/2014 will be held, apart from the Interbatch Futsal Tournament to determine the direction of the Association and to elect new Executive Committees for the EXCO line-up 2014/2016. Everyone is invited to come to contribute ideas to ensure OSEM, as an Alumni Association, would function well and serve its purpose.

For the EXCO Election 2014/2016, there are many empty positions due to many of our brothers and sisters who have furthered their studies abroad. In the spirit of democracy, anyone can join in the contest for the positions available. We will select the new line-up based on majority votes. Among the positions being contested:

After a few rounds of discussion it was decided that on the 1st of Feb, there will be an alumni meeting and futsal interbatch competition.

Event : Registration of Members
Time : 10.00 am - 11.00 am
Venue : Dewan Kuliah, Fakulti Ekonomi dan Pengurusan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi
Keynotes : We will collect a registration fee of RM30 per person
(Will receive an official OSEM touch n go card + car sticker)
But the date of which you will be get the items is still to be confirm

Event : OSEM General Meeting
Time : 11.00 am - 1.00 pm
Venue : Dewan Kuliah, Fakulti Ekonomi dan Pengurusan, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi
Keynotes : Discuss about our future plans & pick new committee members for OSEM
AJK Extrovert : Ahmad Lutfilhaziq Che Rosli

Event : Interbatch Futsal
Time : 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm
Venue : Vrox Sports Centre
Keynotes : Each batch must send 2 teams of guys and 1 team of girls.
A team could consists of 6 - 8 people
Each member must pay RM5
Play in a league system, 5 min per half
The champs will get the prize

Deadline of payment is 22 Jan. And InsyaAllah, the Touch N Go and Car Sticker will be distributed on the 1st of Feb. For late payers, card and sticker will be given some time later.

Salam to all brothers and sisters.
It's this time of the year again where we long to meet our long-lost brothers and sisters. Hang on tight because the everyone is invited to join to our Alumni Semesra's Alumni Weekend at Semesra which will be held on 6-7 July 2013.

Lots of activities and games have been lined up to cheer the weekend for the students and the former students. Among the games which will be held are rugby, futsal, netball, basketball, telematch and many more! Don't miss the moment to have fun and at the same time reminisce the old days at the alma mater.
